Three nights, 2 full days of nourishment, depth, inner shifts, and the kind of sisterhood that leave you feeling seen, heard, and held.

We’ll nourish the mind, body, and soul and love some woo woo energy but from a grounded place that meets every woman where she is at.

This is not a spiritual retreat and it's not a trauma-healing intensive. We don't ask you to push or perform. We create a space that goes genuinely deep through unhurried time together — and we do it in a way that always feels grounded and meets the every day woman where she’s at with safety and open arms and hearts.

This space isn’t a highlight reel and doesn’t exclude any woman. Come as you are, There is no version of you that doesn't belong here with us.

The Retreat Itinerary

  • You arrive. You drop your bag. You breathe.

    We begin with a beautiful Opening Circle where every woman gets to be open, real, held, and softly land into the space & community.

    Welcome dinner follows. And then a gentle first ritual, sharing, out loud intentions, girl chats, and creating connection cosy by the fire.

  • Morning opens with Meditation & Journaling. A quiet anchor that returns each day.

    Followed by Amanda's signature movement practice, designed to move energy through the body and bring you back to the joy of being in it.

    Vicki leads a deep-dive into the body's natural medicine — a session on the Seven Doctors that will shift the way you understand nourishment from the inside out, followed by a hands-on Smoothie Workshop.

    A long, unhurried lunch.

    As the evening moves in: a Fire & Burn Ceremony to release what you've been quietly carrying. A Candle Lighting Practice and Yin Yoga to close the day with something slow, deep, settling.

  • We’ll open again with a chance to connect inwards, setting a ritual you get to take home with you - a pause before you tend to the world - Meditation & journalling.

    Vicki will guide one of the most empowering conversations a woman can have about her own body: Cycle & Hormone Nourishment through the seasons.

    A long lunch. An afternoon Clean Treats Workshop … fun, delicous and nourishing all in one.

    As night falls: Subconscious Parts Work with Samantha … meeting the patterns that have been running quietly beneath the surface. Then Sensual & Embodied Movement — an invitation to feel completely free, feminine, and at home in your body.

    Followed by dessert, and conversations … the kind that feel like a sleepover with treats + your besties.

  • Meditation & Journalling: A final chance to check in, reflect, and set beautiful intentions that guide you long after the retreat

    A final Movement practice to seal in what's moved through your body.

    Then our Closing Cacao Circle… ceremony, gratitude, hugs, and celebrations. For what you’ve invested into yourself. For the women beside you. For choosing this.

  • We’ll be carrying out additional rituals to truly elevate the impact of this experience

    One of them being a beautiful letter ritual, every woman has an envelope, every woman writes words of love and recognition.. By Sunday you’ll be receiving words from women who saw you, who sat with you, who share wisdom with you

    We allow space between planned activities all of which are of you’re choosing to attend. This retreat is built for what you need, no need to perform or keep up - just an invitation to choose and nourish you through the time you’ve invested in.

The Venue

Bundaleer Rainforest Trio, A Luxe Wellness Retreat: The name Bundaleer—meaning “amongst the trees” in the First Nation’s language—beautifully captures the essence of this retreat location. The property is cocooned in lush tropical foliage, offering a haven of elegance, comfort, and connection. Ground and move in the yoga studio, rejuvenate in the sauna and ice bath, enjoy conversations and food over the counter of a stunning, home-like open kitchen space, lounge by the fire or couch throughout open living spaces and cosy nooks or enjoy a restorative dip in the heated pool beneath the swaying palms.

Rooms & Availability

We have 8 x Twin Share Rooms and 1 x Double Bed space (in a communal villa space) available. Room allocations are first in best dressed, if you’re coming solo, don’t worry we’ll ensure you feel comfortable - the women and space we open for you is one we want you to feel completely at home with. If you’re coming with a friend, let us know and we can take this into account for room allocations.

A shared room with a king bed - perfect for those who might be coming with a friend or happy to share a king bed and beautiful space with an ensuite & pool view.

Twin Share Rooms

Beautiful, grounding, comfortable sized twin share rooms with cosy nooks and access to shared bathrooms and lounge space, Twin share rooms are in both the Villa and main house.

Pay in Full: Reserve your place with a one-time investment of $2040 via the link below and you’re in beautiful.

Payment Plans available:. Simply pay an initial deposit of $500 and split the retreat payment across 3-4 equal instalments, instalment frequency will be determined based on the timeline between the deposit being made and Friday 4th September.

Your space is lovingly held once your initial deposit of $500 has been received. Deposits are non-refundable. Once you’ve made your deposit you’ll receive an email from us to set up your payment plan.

Your Questions, Answered

  • After you book, we'll send a short form so we can prepare for you properly. We'll ask what brought you here, what your intention is for the weekend and get an understanding of how we can best serve you in your time with us, your dietary requirements, any medical information and next of kin details we should hold, and whether you'd like to add any additional experiences we may offer. There's also space to share anything else. Everything is held in confidence — it's just how we make sure you feel genuinely held before you even arrive.

  • The weekend moves across somatic and subconscious practices, ceremony and cacao circles (a fire ceremony and closing cacao circle), embodied and mindful movement, Yin Yoga, and daily meditation. These practices are guided by experienced facilitators and are grounded, warm, and safe. This is not a trauma-healing retreat - you will not be pushed to go anywhere you're not ready for, and nothing is compulsory. Depth here is real, but it is always held with care. If you've never experienced somatic or subconscious work, meditation, embodied movement or other parts of this retreat, know that we welcome women at all levels, all practices are optional, however from what we’ve seen as facilitators … the shifts, regulation, and freedom that comes from these practices are something that many women end up loving and taking with them as part of their own self-care and healing journeys. Come curious, open, and let yourself be led and held in a way that serves you.

  • The retreat is held in a private home, with additional villas, it’s alike to a retreat centre but also has a home-like and very communal feel. All rooms are twin share or in a communal area — so yes, you'll have a roommate. If that feels unfamiliar, we'd gently say: some of the most meaningful conversations of the weekend happen in those rooms, in the quiet moments before activities, over warm drinks, and evening wind down conversations. We match roommates thoughtfully, and we'll ask about any needs or preferences in your pre-retreat form.

  • All meals and snacks for the between moments are included: welcome dinner, long lunches, a smoothie workshop, a clean treats afternoon, supper, and dessert. Everything is prepared with nourishment as its intention. All dietary requirements are fully catered for — we'll ask in your pre-retreat form. You will not leave hungry, in any sense, but if you wish to bring anything of your own that you love or need you’re welcome to.

  • Absolutely not. This retreat is intentionally grounded and designed for the everyday woman. The ceremony feels human and real. The subconscious work feels transformative, but is not deep in trauma healing. We bring depth and we hear often from women who arrived certain they weren't "that kind of person" and left saying it was the most valuable experience they've had. Come curious, and lean in. If you are a spiritual gal or love the inner work, know that the practices and space is here for you too and that you’ll always get the insight, shifts, and depth you’re willing and open to receive.

  • Spaces are deliberately limited. The intimacy of this experience depends on it. You are here to be genuinely seen, not just present, and not just a number.

  • Yes. Mornings are anchored in stillness. Lunches are long and unhurried. Not every hour is scheduled. There is room to simply be and all activities in the itinerary are for your choosing - if at any time you just crave space for you there will always be permission to choose it.

    We’ll have beautiful amenities at the ready for you when you wish to take whatever nourishment feels good - a sauna, swim, reading a book in one of the beautiful nooks or lounge spaces, we want you to feel at home here

Meet Amanda

Amanda is a seasoned Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry. As the founder of Replenish Your Life, Amanda’s approach to wellness is both holistic and deeply rooted in creating long-term sustainable lifestyle habits to improve your quality of life. She specialises in mindful movement, strength training, injury prevention, and chronic pain relief, helping clients improve their quality of life through fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. Amanda’s sessions go beyond just a workout—they’re designed to help you reconnect with your body, find strength, and enjoy moving in a way that leaves you feeling refreshed and energised..

Meet Samantha

Samantha is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and the founder of Alive & Aligned for women who are done performing and ready to come home to themselves. Through nervous system healing, somatic therapy, subconscious reprogramming, and parts work, Sam helps ambitious, sensitive women break free from cycles of burnout, perfectionism, and over-giving. Her approach weaves body, mind, and soul into everyday life, making healing less about fixing, and more about finally feeling alive. She’s passionate about rewriting inherited patterns, slowing down without guilt, and helping women lead from wholeness, not hustle.

Meet Vicki

Vicki is a busy mum of three boys with a background in residential interior design and management. After experiencing burnout from the corporate grind, she embarked on her own health and wellness journey to become the happiest and healthiest version of herself. Now a holistic health coach, Vicki helps families create lasting, sustainable health upgrades using whole foods and simple lifestyle changes. She’ll be providing the delicious, healthy spread at the retreat to fuel your body and mind, along with practical tips to help you stay healthy, energised & nourished from the inside out
